Fidus Roofing, Construction & Pavers completed two major projects for our church, replacing a long sidewalk, several walkways, and a garden bed with beautiful pavers. From the beginning, their team took the time to meet with us multiple times to discuss options and alternatives. The renderings they provided were especially helpful, allowing us to visualize the different designs and gather input from our congregation before making decisions. Both projects were completed on schedule, and the team worked closely with us to determine the best locations for material deliveries and staging. They provided detailed estimates for several options, giving us the flexibility to choose the scope that best fit our needs. Most importantly, the final cost matched the original estimate with no surprises. We are extremely pleased with the finished results and have received many positive comments from our church members. The team at Fidus Roofing is simply outstanding. My initial contact was with Ryan Dickey. Ryan came by, at my request, to provide an estimate for a new roof for my home. He was on time for our meeting and came prepared with multiple estimates to review. After a discussion with my wife we, agreed to a price that included our roof as well as new gutters/gutter guards. Once the contract was signed, Stephanie engaged with our HOA for approval of the work to be done and kept us fully apprised of the status of our application. Once approved, Stephane reached out with the project start date and explained what we should expect day by day. Nate, our project manager, reached out prior to the project start date, introduced himself and committed to being onsite every day and being our point of contact for any and all questions. The project went amazingly. Nate & Ryan checked in frequently during the process to ensure the highest quality of work was being performed and that we were fully satisfied. The teams installing the roof and the gutters were fantastic. Our home and yard were treated with the upmost respect – construction debris was thoroughly clean up at the conclusion of the project. Ryan & Nate both reached out to ensure our satisfaction. Since our first meeting, the team at Fidus have been great to work with. There are lots of choices for roofing professionals in Jacksonville. Important to us are the reputation of the provider, quality of work, cost of the service, quality of the warranty, open communication and timeliness. Given these requirements and the project results, we are absolutely certain Fidus is the best choice.

I called Fidus Roofing because we experienced a roof leak, likely due to wild animal damage. Fidus has always provided high service levels in the past, and they didn't disappoint this time. Ryan came out right away to assess the cause, which was greatly appreciated since we are currently experiencing Florida's version of Monsoon Season. In the event the cause was quickly identified, and a crew was dispatched with appropriate dispatch to fix it. Everyone I've dealt with at Fidus, from the back office to the field, is courteous and professional. Pricing is fair and proportionate. Overall a top-tier company with a strong value proposition.

Ryan inspected our attic in search of a leak based on a water stain in the ceiling. There was no evidence of water in the attic, so he returned the next day with a supervisor and crew. After a hose/water test, they determined a combination of rain and directional wind drove water up into a small crevice, probably only once. They filled the crevice to prevent a future event. Everyone was polite, helpful, efficient, and kept us fully informed.

Even though we had a small roof repair, the work was completed with the same quality and customer satisfaction as if they were replacing the entire roof. I needed a roof repair and shingle replacement where my palm tree branches had rubbed on my roof and damaged my roof shingles. I was under a time crunch as I needed my roof fixed so my home sale.could go through. A friend recommended Fidus Roofing and I contacted them on Monday. Alex came out and inspected my roof and estimated my repair cost.. He assured me that they could get the work done this week once I signed the contract. Sure enough Teresa called me and said that a crew would be out today ( Thursday ). A two man crew arrived today and took the time to do the job right in a professional manner. I didn’t catch their names but they were friendly and left the job site clean. I greatly appreciate Fidus Roofing coming through for me! I was in a tight spot and they treated me fair and square!

Almost 10 years ago Fidus replaced our roof. They were awesome then. Recently there was an issue with the roof tiles, NOT the fault of Fidus – rather the materials themselves. Fidus came out in less than 24 hours and resolved the issue for me. Fidus will stand by their work, and I highly recommend them. I wouldn't recommend another roofing company. Craig and Nate were instrumental in ensuring we were taken care of. Stephanie was easy to communicate with about any questions. Thank you everyone! Initial review: Fidus replaced our roof and installed pavers in our backyard. They are great to work with and the quality is unmatched. I highly recommend Fidus. We recently had a plumbing issue which affected the pavers and Cassandra was a huge help. She was attentive and responsive. Fidus is awesome!
