always a great experience, Fidus has completed four homes for me. Two are over 10 years old with no problems.

James with Fidus was quick to respond, prompt in his work and quick to complete the job. This was the most efficient transition I’ve ever seen! Very attentive & communicative throughout the entire process. My roof looks great and I trust that the job was handled correctly.

Ryan was exceptional in walking us through the nuts and bolts of replacing our driveway. He even got our approval by the HOA expedited. He tried to give us the most cost effective options for our entryway. He was readily available and patient in answering our questions/concerns. He even came out for a final inspection and is going to have the crew redo some pavers.
Nate was also exceptional in supervising the crew and insuring the job was done correctly and made sure our irrigation system worked correctly after the job. Also readily available. 5 stars to both Ryan and Nate! Kudos also to the office staff especially Bonnie.
Only negative comment is against Superior Supply who did not own up to their mistake and as a result we were not able to get our entryway at the time and price agreed upon. I highly recommend Fidus but not Superior Supply!

The team worked hard and fast, maintained great communication throughout the project, and were incredibly respectful of my property. Very throughout their inspections

We've just completed our 4th project in the past 2 years with Fidus construction. We replaced a roof, added gutters, built a beautiful patio with fireplace & just paved our driveway & front walkway. Everyone from sales to project completion & everything in between, has been incredibly professional, communicative, spot on with design concept & inspiration & just a pleasure to work with on such important improvements to our home. I would highly recommend Fidus to anyone that is thinking of doing these type of projects to enhance their homes. My sincere appreciation to all the crews at Fidus!

I cannot recommend this company due to the guy that I'm working with on a current project. A small project for them... Was promised on three separate occasions that the job would be finished before my clients came back into down as,I am their home manager It was overseeing the projects being done. I even spoke the morning of as he was supposedly dropping material off at the job site to have his guys go finish up the project and put the pavers back in(for the third promised attempt). Needless to say it never got done and I was not communicated with. Now it is the weekend and nothing can be done, my clients have arrived and are very upset that they cannot use their very large driveway for a party there having at their house. So I am paying the consequences for them dropping the ball for the third time...and now no response.

Follow up-after posting my review i received calls/texts immediately regarding my issue. Apologies were made, the issues were addressed, we are all human and make mistakes, lessons were learned. Ii can understand that. I appreciate the veracity of the rectification of the situation. For that i am amending my star review. Thank you

Replacing a roof is a major expense and we wanted to make sure we chose the right company for the job. In the end we chose FIDUS and are very happy that we did. Peyton came over initially and we were very impressed with his knowledge and the options he offered us. Nate was our project manager and did a fantastic job getting our roof completed in just two days. The crew worked hard and left everything looking just as it did before they arrived.
I would highly recommend FIDUS.

I am a participant in the My Safe Florida Home that requires many rules and details. The first is you have to compare three contractors and submit one to the program for approval. Fidus was the clear front runner through the process because even though they were busy they took their time with my project. From Ryan Dickey, my salesman who knew exactly what I needed and was very patient and the office staff that helped me with the details. The crew was kind and did a great job, even the clean up ! The project supervisor Nate Morton was awesome and answered all my questions and made sure the roof was done right. I have no doubt if I need them in the future they will be there for me. With the Fidus team you can not go wrong. My family and I couldn't be more happier of the roof replacement service we received from Fidus Roofing. Ryan is A++ in helping us deal with our insurance company. Provided us the key documents we needed to share with our insurance company and were enough for our Insurance to grant the full roof replacement. We could not be more grateful. Bonnie from the front office is A++ in coordinating and scheduling our roof. Bonnie did not fall short in communication. We didn't have to lift a finger in getting our HOA approval. She did it all. Informed us well ahead of the delivery of the materials and dumpster. We were able to plan ahead and clear the driveway. That went very smooth. Lastly, Nate the person who oversee that the project went smooth and as expected. Despite of our concern of inclement weather that could impact the work that day, he assured us that safety and proper installation of our roof and that he'll assess the weather as the day goes and will make drastic decision to halt the work should the weather worsen. Thank goodness the weather cooperated as we went deep into the day and got the work done. Yes, work got done on that same day. They cleaned up pretty well as well. Though such a simple "thank you" may not be enough to reciprocate how grateful we are, know that on behalf of my family, we appreciate your service a ton, Fidus Team.

I called New Year’s Eve to FIDUS Roofing not expecting to get anyone. They sent a representative almost immediately. Ryan Dickey came over the same day to look at the job. He came prepared and gave excellent advice on options. I got an estimate in 2 days and the job was completed in less than a month. Nate Morton was the onsite supervisor and the job was completed in 2 days. They did what they said, arrived on time, communicated well and did an excellent job. Highly recommended.
