Thank you for choosing Fidus Roofing and Construction for Greenbrier's upcoming reroof project. Below is a checklist of items that need to be completed by Greenbrier and Fidus prior to the beginning of the project in order to ensure the best results. Completed tasks are listed in GREEN, and open tasks are listed in RED. Fidus will update the status of these items to track ongoing progress. Please let us know if you have any questions.

    Accept Finalized Project Agreement

    Once signed, Fidus will begin obtaining supplies and permits, and will move forward with the items on their checklist.

    Determine Upgrade Options

    In addition to the materials and coverage outlined in the agreement there are a few additional items that can be chosen before the project begins.

    Facilitate Resident Communications

    Fidus will be providing Greenbrier with a plan for communicating with residents prior to the start of work. Community management may review and approve any communication from Fidus regarding the project.

    Determine Point of Contact for Resident Questions

    There are various approaches communities can take to filtering through resident's questions and concerns regarding a roofing project. It is important for a community to choose a Point of Contact with residents regarding the project in order to streamline communications and more quickly resolve any concerns.

    Complete Pre-Project Site Walkthrough with Fidus

      Provide Final Agreement for Approval

      Fidus has provided Greenbrier's board and property management team with our project agreement for review and approval. Please let Craig Chaney or Fidus management know if you have any questions or concerns.

      Secure Materials

      Once agreement is signed Fidus will order all project materials.

      Process Building Permits

      Fidus's in-house team will manage the processing of all permits and approvals needed for the project to begin.

      Work with HOA/Board to Notify Homeowners

      Fidus will be providing Greenbrier with a plan for communicating with residents prior to the start of work.

      Customize Fidus FAQs for Project

      Fidus will provide Greenbrier and residents with access to answers to "Frequently Asked Questions" regarding the project.

      Complete Pre-Project Site Walkthrough with Greenbrier

      Finalize Work Schedule

      Following Greenbrier's approval of the project agreement Fidus will provide a tentative work schedule for when each building is expected to be completed.

      Secure Staging Area

      Immediately prior to the start of the project Fidus will secure secure the area needed for equipment while creating as minimal disturbance to traffic flow as possible.

      Prepare Required Equipment

      Immediately prior to the start of the project Fidus will set up any machinery or equipment needed on property to complete to scope of work.
